Authomathika brought to Brazil the most advanced technology for the microwaves based measurement of concentration in various liquids.

Through a partnership with pro/M/tec Theisen GmbH, a German company holder of the technology, Authomathika offers to the Brazilian market advanced products with performance guarantee and immediate availability of spare parts in Brazil.

Product Application

The technology of the measurement of concentration by microwave finds wide application in process industries for the measurement of many variables related to the density and concentration of several products.

The measurements are presented in several units of Engineering, such as Brix, and Baumé degrees, % of solids, among other possibilities.

These measurements are of great interest in industries such as:

  Sugar and Alcohol

  Food and Beverage

  Oil and Gas

  Paint and Varnish

  Chemical and Petrochemical

  Pulp and Paper

  Dairy

Main advantages of the technology

On-line measurements of concentration have been performed along decades, but many of technologies used nowadays present some disadvantages which are eliminated in the microwave measurement system.

In general, industries recently have been attempting to obtain measurements using technologies such as refractometry, radio frequency waves, and in certain applications, radioactive cells.

The Authomathika – pro/M/tec system presents many technical and operational advantages which the most outstanding are the following:

High precision along wide ranges of measurement.

  Automatic compensation of temperature

Highest immunity to noises and interferences (EMI)

  Easy calibration

Easy data reading, in engineering units by means of LCD

  Strength to set up

  Easy set up

Measures up to four process variables simultaneously

4~20 mA signals with galvanic insulation

  Calibration memory package (optional)

  Optimal cost-benefit relation
