In 2017, Authomathika added to its service portfolio another major Maintenance stoppage - the Vale CMA plant (now Mosaic), located in the city of Araxá, Minas Gerais and, for the sixth consecutive year, we successfully completed the Maintenance Stoppage of the Vale CIU unit (also Mosaic) in the city of Uberaba, Minas Gerais.

In Araxá, we were responsible for field maintenance of 50 valves, 500 instruments, which we removed and installed in the field and also performed its maintenance and calibration in the workshop, besides more than 400 electrical equipment, among them drawers and motors. All these services were carried out in loco, with a structure fully owned by Authomathika, including a mobile flow laboratory, mobile workshop and a workbench for tests of valves.

In the Vale unit of Uberaba, were maintained 120 valves, 1000 instruments and 500 electrical equipment, in addition to a team specialized in electromechanical assembly and all the Authomathika´s structure.

Authomathika, every year, has been surpassing itself in efficiency, quality and, above all, prioritizing Safety.
