Automation and electrical for oil, gas and petrochemical operations

Authomathika offers automation, electrical engineering and electromechanical assembly solutions for the oil, gas and petrochemical sector. With teams certified for work in classified (hazardous) areas, instrumentation for explosive environments and experience in high-criticality continuous processes, we serve refineries, terminals, onshore platforms and petrochemical plants..

Industry challenges

Classified areas only accept Ex equipment and certified workers

NR-13, NR-20 and NR-33 eliminate suppliers without proven technical compliance

Refinery shutdown has an extremely short window — any delay is very costly

Integrating SIS/SIL, process control and environmental monitoring requires complete engineering

H₂S and acids corrode common instrumentation — special materials are mandatory

How Authomathika solves it

Electrical and automation panels certified for classified areas Ex d, Ex e, Ex i

Teams certified in NR-20 and NR-33 with documented safety record

Shutdown planning with multidisciplinary team and in-house mobilization

Automation with SIS/SIL and high-availability PLCs for continuous processes

Instrumentation with IP68 and corrosion-resistant materials

Frequently asked questionsOil & Gas

Does Authomathika hold certification for work in classified (hazardous) areas?
Yes. Authomathika has teams trained and certified for work in classified areas per ABNT NBR IEC 60079 standards. Engineering strictly follows zoning, area classification and Ex (explosion-proof) equipment specification requirements. We also comply with NR-20 and NR-33.
Do you install safety instrumented systems (SIS)?
Authomathika has experience in critical process automation with high-reliability and redundancy systems. We work with all major automation platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB) that support SIS/SIL architectures for the oil and gas sector.
