The challenge
The Bahia Etanol plant required complete modernization to increase production efficiency and reduce operating costs. The project involved updating automation, electrical and instrumentation systems in a plant that was already in operation.
The solution
Authomathika performed the complete modernization with PLC and SCADA replacement, electrical system upgrade with new panels and protections, and field instrumentation calibration and replacement. The scope was executed in phases to allow partial continuation of operations.
