Costa Rica Plant — Complete Turnkey Project

The Costa Rica Plant needed a complete greenfield deployment of its sugar-energy facility, including automation, electrical and electromechanical assembly. The challenge was to deliver all engineering disciplines in an integrated manner, within an aggressive 18-month schedule, ensuring the plant was ready for the first harvest.

Authomathika assumed full responsibility as the EPC contractor, coordinating project engineering, material procurement, electromechanical assembly, complete automation with SCADA and commissioning of all areas. Integrated management eliminated interfaces between suppliers and ensured schedule compliance.
