The challenge
The Rio Vermelho Plant required the complete greenfield deployment of a sugar factory. The project demanded perfect coordination between electrical engineering, process automation and mechanical assembly to achieve production capacity in the first operating cycle.
The solution
Authomathika executed the turnkey sugar factory project, integrating process automation with PLCs and SCADA, complete electrical assembly including MCCs and LV switchboards, and all mechanical equipment assembly. Commissioning was performed with technical support through production stabilization.
