The challenge
The Ferrari Plant operated with mechanical drives on the mill, limiting energy efficiency and process control. The electrification project needed to be executed entirely during the off-season, within a window of approximately 90 days.
The solution
Authomathika executed the complete revamp with mill electrification, including installation of electric drives, new MCC panels, automation with PLCs for speed and torque control, and process instrumentation. The concentrated off-season execution was completed within the planned timeframe.
