Pedra Buriti — Turnkey Boiler and Cogeneration

The Pedra Buriti Plant needed to expand its cogeneration capacity with the deployment of a new boiler system. The challenge involved complete electromechanical assembly in parallel with the plant's existing operation, requiring rigorous safety management and interface control.

Authomathika executed the complete boiler and cogeneration system assembly, including all electrical work, automation with PLCs for combustion and steam control, field instrumentation and commissioning with performance validation. Integration with the existing system was achieved with zero impact on operations.
