The challenge
The Bunge Moema plant operated with outdated automation systems that limited process control and caused operational inefficiency. The revamp needed to be planned to minimize downtime and ensure a safe transition from the legacy system to the new platform.
The solution
Authomathika performed the complete automation system revamp, including PLC migration, new SCADA system, field instrumentation replacement and recabling. The migration was done gradually, with the old and new systems running in parallel for validation before decommissioning.
