UMOE — Expansion and Complete Revamp

The UMOE plant needed a production capacity expansion combined with revamp of existing systems. The challenge was coordinating the expansion with modernization without compromising the ongoing operation.

Authomathika executed the complete expansion and revamp, including electromechanical assembly of new equipment, automation of new areas with integration into the existing system and modernization of electrical infrastructure. Coordination between expansion and operation was managed through integrated planning.
